Care labels on high-end down garments often indicate "Petroleum-based Dry Cleaning Only," but dry cleaning cannot thoroughly clean cuffs, collars, sweat, odors, or even the down feathers inside. In general dry cleaning, the oils and fats of the feathers are removed, causing loss of original volume and essential insulation. We are committed to wet cleaning. By using our proprietary detergents, we eliminate feather tangling, retain necessary oils, and remove only the dirt from the feathers. After cleaning, the feathers fluff up, doubling the warmth. You will feel the lightness of the material when you put on the finished garment.
We create customer records. Our specialized staff thoroughly check the condition of your garments to determine the best cleaning method. If there are any damages or defects in the clothing, we will confirm with you before proceeding.

Have you ever sent a down jacket for cleaning only to find the collar and hem stains still there? On white or light-colored downs, stains on the cuffs and collars are noticeable, so we remove stains carefully by hand, one item at a time, ensuring the down feathers are not crushed.
Since high-quality feathers are sensitive to high temperatures, after washing, we naturally dry the down for about three days. Then, we use two drying cycles at low and medium temperatures (40°C) to untangle the down inside, resulting in a fluffier finish.
After drying and finishing with a down-specific finishing machine, our artisans carefully hand-finish each item to smooth out any fine wrinkles.
Based on the customer records, we implement thorough quality control at each process from washing to repair. We carefully check the quality to deliver the highest quality finish.
